LA Comfort Heating & Air Comfort Membership Program
LA Comfort Heating & Air offers a Comfort Membership Program to keep your heating and cooling unit in tip-top shape. Having regular maintenance on your heating and cooling unit assures that it will always function at optimum capacity, which means lower utility bills, and that it will last longer and require fewer major repairs.*Before activation of any service contract, a preliminary inspection of your heating and air unit will be required to assure it is in good operating condition. All service contracts are subject to certain terms and conditions, which will be provided before a service contract is signed.
Comfort Membership Benefits
$24 per month
($12 a month for each additional unit)
About Our Comfort Membership Program
Semi-Annual Inspections and Cleanings under our contract are scheduled only during regular working hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Coverage Period:
Comfort Membership shall automatically renew each year on the anniversary date of the initial contract.
LA Comfort Heating and Air shall always use care in performing our agreed-upon services under our Membership Program but shall not be liable for any repairs to or replacement of failing or damaged components discovered during our service. Our inspection should not be construed as a guarantee against the failure of your equipment or a warranty that your equipment is free from defects. In no event shall any claim for consequential damages due to oversight of any defect or failure of any equipment be made by either party.
